May Loosen Curbs on Fliers' Use of Electronics A New York Times report states that sources in the F.A.A. claim that the Administration hopes to relax restrictions on the use of electronics during takeoff and landing by the end of the year. - Spotify Plans To Take On Netflix And HBO With Streaming Video Service Rumor states that on-demand music service Spotify may be looking to add video its stream.
