(AP) ? Authorities plan to exhume the body of a Chicago lottery winner poisoned with a lethal dose of cyanide as detectives move forward with a homicide investigation, the medical examiner said Tuesday.

Prosecutors, Chicago police and the Cook County Medical Examiner's Office are trying to unravel precisely how Urooj Khan, 46, was killed and have not publically identified any suspects.

Khan's death on July 20 was initially ruled a result of natural causes. But a relative's request for a deeper look resulted in the startling conclusion months later that Kahn was killed with the poison as he was about to collect $425,000 in winnings.

Exhuming the body could allow investigators to do more tests on tissue samples that could bolster evidence if the case goes to trial, explained Cook County Medical Examiner Stephen Cina.

"It's always good if and when the case goes to trial to have as much data as possible," he said.

He hopes to exhume the body in the next few weeks, once a judge has approved it.

The mysterious death has surprised investigators, who have not made any details public.

Chicago police Superintendent Garry McCarthy told reporters Tuesday that he had never seen anything like it in his 32 years of policing in New York, New Jersey and now Chicago.

"So, I'm not going to say that I've seen everything," McCarthy said.

Khan, who owned a number of dry cleaners, stopped in at the convenience store near his home in the West Rogers Park neighborhood on the city's north side in June and bought a ticket for an instant lottery game.

Khan once played the lottery regularly but had sworn off gambling after returning from the hajj, the Muslim pilgrimage in Saudi Arabia, because he sought to lead a better life, according to the 7-Eleven clerk who sold him the ticket.

But Khan couldn't resist and scratched off a $1 million winner in front of clerk Ashur Oshana.

"Right away he grabbed my hand," Oshana told The Associated Press Monday. "He kissed my hand and kissed my head and gave me $100. He was really happy."

At an Illinois Lottery ceremony days later, Khan recalled that he jumped up and down in the store and repeatedly shouted, "I hit a million!"

"Winning the lottery means everything to me," he said at the June 26 ceremony, also attended by his wife, Shabana Ansari; their daughter, Jasmeen Khan; and several friends. He said he would put some winnings into his businesses and donate some to a children's hospital.

Khan opted for a lump sum of slightly more than $600,000. After taxes, the winnings amounted to about $425,000, said lottery spokesman Mike Lang. The check was issued on July 19, the day before Khan died. It was cashed Aug. 15, Lang said, explaining that if a lottery winner dies, the money typically goes to his or her estate.

Khan's family could not be reached for comment.

Khan was pronounced dead July 20 at a hospital, but Cina would not say where Khan was when he fell ill, citing the investigation. The external exam showed no signs of trauma on Khan's body.

No autopsy was done because, at the time, the Medical Examiner's Office didn't generally perform them on people 45 and older unless the death was suspicious, Cina said. The cutoff age has since been raised to 50. After the basic toxicology screening for opiates, cocaine and carbon monoxide came back negative, the death was ruled a result of the narrowing and hardening of coronary arteries.

Days after the initial cause of death was released, a relative of Khan's asked authorities to look into the case further, Cina said. He would not identify the relative. The full results came back in November.

"She (the morgue worker) then reopened the case and did more expansive toxicology, including all the major drugs of use, all the common prescription drugs and also included I believe strychnine and cyanide in there just in case something came up," Cina said. "And in fact cyanide came up in this case."

The Standard Kilogram Has Gained Weight - Business Insider

The international prototype kilogram is a cylinder of platinum and platinum-iridium alloy, which is kept at the International Bureau of Weights and Measures (BIPM) near Paris.

The kilogram may need to go on a diet. The international standard, a cylinder-shaped hunk of metal that defines the fundamental unit of mass, has gained tens of micrograms in weight from surface contamination, according to a new study.

As a result, each country that has one of these standard masses has a slightly different definition of the kilogram, which could throw off science experiments that require very precise weight measurements or international trade in highly restricted items that are restricted by weight, such as radioactive materials.

But ozone and ultraviolet light could be used to clean the kilograms without damaging them, the research suggests.

The cleaning technique, described in the January issue of the journal Metrologia, may eventually be widely adopted as a way to keep the fundamental unit of mass more consistent. [What's That? Your Physics Questions Answered]

In addition, since it uses "equipment that one could come by without too much investment of time and money," it is a practical technique that could be widely adopted, said Richard Davis, a meteorologist who consults for the International Bureau of Weights and Measures in Paris, who was not involved in the study.

Common standard

The kilogram was first adopted as an international standard at the Convention of the Meter in 1875. At that time, scientists were frustrated that there was no consistent, standard way to measure weight with high precision.

To solve the problem, scientists created a cylindrical hunk of mass called the international prototype kilogram (IPK) from platinum and platinum-iridium alloy. The cylinder, which weighs approximately 2.2 pounds (1 kilogram), is the definition of the kilogram. The kilogram is one of seven standard international?base units of measurement.

In the 1880s, about 40 of these?prototype kilograms?were distributed to countries that signed the Meter Convention, said study co-author Peter Cumpson, a metrologist at Newcastle University in the U.K.

Dirty weights

Even then, scientists realized contaminants could coat the kilogram's surface. To try to counteract this effect, they made the masses into cylinders, which have less surface area to acquire dust and debris. The IPKs are stored in filtered laboratory air at constant temperature and pressure, but there's no way to completely isolate them from?air pollution?and contamination, Cumpson told LiveScience.

To clean them, a skilled technician will rub the cylinders with chamois leather dipped in alcohol. But because every country cleans their kilograms differently and at different times, each kilogram in the world is off by a different, unknown amount.

Cleaning the kilogram

To see how the kilogram puts on weight, Cumpson's team used an imaging technique called X-ray spectroscopy to look at surfaces similar to those of the IPKs. Those surfaces picked up tens of micrograms of carbon-based and?mercury contamination?a decade. And though a few dozen micrograms is not a lot of weight, it matters for measuring things likeradioactive materials, Cumpson said.

The carbon likely comes from car exhaust, while mercury contamination occurred because mercury-filled thermometers and barometers in the laboratories occasionally break.

The team also found that using ozone and ultraviolet light treatment could reliably break the bonds between carbon atoms on the surface, taking a consistent amount of carbon-based contamination away. The mercury, however, is probably there to stay, Cumpson said.

While there are other methods, "the UV ozone method is really the only one that's competitive with the manual rubbing," he said.

Fundamental constants

Long-term, however, most scientists want to get away from defining the kilogram based on a hunk of metal. Instead, it should somehow be based on a?fundamental law of nature, Davis said.

"I think the definition will be changed in the next five to 10 years," Davis told LiveScience.

One possibility is using an electromagnetic device that consistently produces the same amount of force, from which the mass can then be calculated, Cumpson said.

The 5 Top Republicans Open to Shutting the Government to Get Their Way

The fiscal-cliff deal wasn?t great for Republican priorities, but some in the party say that a government shutdown could help them get their way.

In last week?s compromise, many Republicans were forced to agree to a tax hike on wealthy Americans--albeit at a threshold higher than President Obama preferred--and few of the spending cuts and entitlement reforms they have long been calling for. But several key GOP figures are explicitly or tacitly open to a government shutdown to achieve those goals.

Over the next few months, lawmakers will battle over three important issues: raising the nation?s debt limit; funding the government; and avoiding broad, automatic spending cuts--also known as sequestration. Failing to continue funding the government would lead to a shutdown, at least partially. And while choosing not to raise the debt limit wouldn?t quite represent a shutdown, some key Republicans still back the idea as leverage.

Here?s what they have to say:

Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell, on Sunday's Meet the Press:
What?s important about the top Republican senator?s appearance on ?NBC?s Meet the Press wasn?t what he said but what he wouldn?t say. After a back and forth with host David Gregory on whether he would rule using a shutdown as leverage, McConnell had only this to say: ?As the leader of the Republicans, what I'm telling you is we elected the president to be president. It's time for him to step up to the plate and lead us in the direction of reducing our excessive spending.? In other words, he wouldn?t rule it out.

Sen. John Cornyn, R-Texas, in a Jan. 4 op-ed in the Houston Chronicle:
?The coming deadlines will be the next flash points in our ongoing fight to bring fiscal sanity to Washington. It may be necessary to partially shut down the government in order to secure the long-term fiscal well-being of our country, rather than plod along the path of Greece, Italy, and Spain. President Obama needs to take note of this reality and put forward a plan to avoid it immediately.?

Sen. Ted Cruz, R-Texas, in a Jan. 3Dallas Morning News interview:
"He laughed, literally, at President Obama?s recent suggestion that there won?t be a debate over whether to raise the government?s debt limit and openly called it a good idea to force a partial federal shutdown to cut the flow of red ink. 'The federal government will hit its credit limit in roughly two months, and Obama argues that default to any degree is unthinkable, especially because it entails spending that Congress has already authorized.
? 'I?m sure he would like not to discuss it,? Cruz said. But he said a partial government shutdown would be useful, arguing that the one in 1995 set the table for ?the greatest degree of fiscal responsibility we have seen from Congress in modern times.? ?

Sen. Pat Toomey, R-Pa., on MSNBC?s Morning Joe on Jan. 2:

?We Republicans need to be willing to tolerate a temporary, partial government shutdown. We absolutely have to have this fight over the debt limit.?

Former House Speaker Newt Gingrich, on Sunday?s Meet the Press:
Although he said on MSNBC?s Morning Joe last week that using the debt limit as leverage is a ?dead loser,? Gingrich is open to using the other two fights. Here?s what he said on Sunday:

?[Republicans] have two vehicles. They have a continuing resolution, which is at the end of March, and they have the sequester bill.

"Now, these are legitimate government spending bills. The debt ceiling is different because it triggers all of these international financial problems and triggers the credit of the United States. They don't have to say, 'We're going to be wimps.' I've helped closed the government twice. It actually worked. Bill Clinton came in and said, 'The era of big government's over,' after two closings. Not before."

A Monday finish turned into a Monday start

KAPALUA, Hawaii (AP) ? As expected, Monday at the PGA Tour's season opener figures to be filled with anticipation at the Tournament of Champions.

Not because of who might win, but whether they might actually start this tournament.

Already, a few historical notes are worthy of research. This is believed to be the first PGA Tour event to start on a Monday. Rickie Fowler is certainly the first player given the honors of hitting the first tee shot of a new season ? three times.

"Sweet," Fowler said before leaving Kapalua for the day.

The opening round was wiped from the books for the second time on Sunday when gusts that reached 48 mph came roaring down the Plantation Course and turned this winners-only tournament into goofy ball. Ben Curtis had birdie putts on his first two holes. He made a double bogey and a triple bogey. Matt Kuchar's ball was blown off the tee before he could hit his opening tee shot.

"You hope for the best, and it just didn't happen," said Slugger White, the tour's vice president of rules and competition, when he delivered the grim news to players who have spent more time waiting than actually playing at Kapalua this week.

The plan was to play 36 holes on Monday, and then return Tuesday for 18 holes to make it an official event.

By now, it's officially a weird tournament.

"I think everyone wants to play," Bill Haas said. "But I think everybody wants it to be the person that plays the best who wins. On the 10th hole, somebody might hit a putt ... a foot from the hole, and that same, exact putt 10 minutes later might blow off the green 30 yards and make triple (bogey). And I just don't know if that's identifying the best player."

Here's how the 2013 season has unfolded to this point.

?Fowler smashed a driver 360 yards on Friday to start the season. He made it through eight holes before play was stopped because of 40 mph gusts, not long after Carl Pettersson hit a good lag that rolled another 30 feet by the pin and off the green. Webb Simpson was 3 under through seven holes when his score was wiped clean. Scott Stallings was 7 over through four holes and thrilled with the decision.

?The idea of a 36-hole Saturday never materialized. There were three one-hour delays before officials realized the wind was getting worse, and the round was postponed without anyone hitting a shot, except on the practice range.

?The plan for a 36-hole Sunday turned into an 18-hole Sunday when the wind did not relent, and when players teed off, trouble was brewing. Kuchar's ball wouldn't stay on the tee. It took him seven minutes before he made contact, which was about how long ? slight exaggeration ? it took Ian Poulter to take a stab at his 10-foot birdie on the 11th. Fowler hit a thin 3-wood that never got more than shoulder-high and barely reached the first fairway. The round was wiped clean after about an hour.

Where does that leave the Tournament of Champions? Right where it started, even though it hasn't started.

Jason Dufner was 1 under through five holes, though he was on the front nine, which is far easier in this wind. Curtis was 5 over through two holes, and no one was happier than him to see the round scrapped. As for the Tuesday finish? Curtis is the last PGA Tour player to win on a Tuesday, at the Booz Allen Classic in 2006.

His golf ball already had moved once on the 11th green. As he got ready to hit his putt, it moved again, this time off the green and down the slope. He chipped up and took four putts from 15 feet, giving him eight putts in two holes.

"It's crazy. That's the only way to describe it," Curtis said. "I've never hit two greens in regulation at the start and walked away at 5 over. But hey. At least we had to try."

And they will try again.

For those wondering why this tournament keeps getting postponed, an hour of television Sunday was all the evidence they needed.

Poulter posed over his 4-iron shot to the 13th green and was so stunned to see it come up short that he looked at his small gallery for the longest time, repeating loud enough for them to hear that he was only 138 yards from the front of the green. Off to his right, Charlie Beljan had a search party stomping through high grass to the right of the 10th fairway looking for both his tee shots. He had a 15-foot putt for triple bogey when play was stopped.

Moments later, a call came over the radio for a ruling on the 12th green. Stallings was trying to tap in a 2-foot putt when a gust blew his ball 8 feet away.

"We need to try to put the show on," Poulter said. "Hyundai spent a lot of money. We want to play. Fans want to see us play. TV wants to see us play. We're backed into a corner. I don't think they understand how windy it really is. Now they've seen it."

It was comical from the start, with Kuchar having to tee it up three times before he could hit, and removing his cap the rest of the way. Jonas Blixt had a 1-foot par putt on the 10th hole and took about two minutes. He had to wait as a cup and someone's hat blew across the green.

Blixt has played 10 holes over two days in these conditions in 1-under par. None of it counts, but the Swede learned one thing.

"There's no instruction book for this," Blixt said. "You just go by instincts."

The tour insists on a 54-hole tournament, no matter how complicated that will be with the next tournament, the Sony Open, starting on Thursday in Honolulu. Andy Pazder, the tour's chief of operations, said television and operational equipment can only be transported to Oahu on a barge that takes 16 hours on a good day. The plan was to televise the final round at Kapalua, and go with a limited TV production for the opening round of the Sony Open.

Defending champion Steve Stricker lounged on a sofa in the dining room watching the NFL playoffs with Dustin Johnson and Brandt Snedeker. Along with Bubba Watson, they have yet to tee off all week.

Tasmania fires rage on as police search burned homes

PERTH, Australia (Reuters) - Australian police and defense forces searched burned-out vehicles and homes in the towns worst hit by wildfires on the island of Tasmania, where more than 40 fires still raged on Sunday.

The blazes began on Thursday on the state's thinly populated southeastern coast, amid a fierce heatwave and strong winds.

The heat eased over the weekend, slowing the fires, but late on Sunday firefighters issued an emergency warning for residents in Taranna, 47 km (29 miles) east of the state capital Hobart, where a fire burning for more than three days threatened residents.

The national weather bureau warned that this weekend's relative mildness would be a brief reprieve, with extremely hot conditions set to return too much of the country early next week.

The fires that continue to burn in Tasmania have cut off communities and hampered efforts to search devastated areas.

In the small town of Dunalley, 56 km east of Hobart, more than 65 homes and a school have been destroyed. Nearby Boomer Bay and Marion Bay have also suffered damage.

Acting Police Commissioner Scott Tilyard told the Australian Broadcasting Corporation (ABC) there were about 100 people with whom authorities are still trying to make contact. It may take days to determine whether the fires have killed anyone during what is the peak holiday season on the island.

"We're hoping very much along with everyone else that there won't be (any deaths), but we need to go through the process to confirm that there haven't been," Tilyard told the ABC.

HOTTEST ON RECORD

Tasmania experienced its peak temperature since records began at 41.8 degrees Celsius on Friday, when much of mainland Australia sweltered in similar conditions and fires burned across several states.

The heatwave, which began in Western Australia on December 27 and lasted eight days, was the fiercest in more than 80 years in that state and has spread east across the nation, making it the widest-ranging heatwave in more than a decade, according to the Australian Bureau of Meteorology.

Fire crews from Victoria and South Australia headed to Tasmania on Sunday to help fatigued crews there, while fires burned on in mainland states South Australia, Victoria, and New South Wales.

Bushfires are a major risk in the Australian summer, which brings extreme heat, dryness, and strong winds. Authorities warned earlier in the summer that much of the country faced extreme fire conditions this season.

The "Black Saturday" fires, the worst in Australia's history, killed 173 people in Victoria in February 2009.

Australia's wheat harvest is unlikely to be affected by the fires and hot weather, as the vast majority of this season's crop has been harvested, analysts said.

Wild Card Playoffs - Seattle Seahawks v Washington RedskinsGetty Images

We?d never seen this before, a playoff Sunday with three rookie quarterbacks starting, and if you were hoping for one of them to put up spectacular passing numbers, you turned off your TV feeling disappointed. But one of those three rookie quarterbacks, Seattle?s Russell Wilson, was anything but a disappointment.

It really is amazing, thinking back over the last year, to consider that Wilson now stands head and shoulders above the rest of this year?s fantastic class of rookie quarterbacks. Andrew Luck, the can?t-miss prospect drafted first overall by the Colts, had a phenomenal rookie season that came to an end with a tough loss to the Ravens. Robert Griffin III, the Heisman Trophy winner drafted second overall by the Redskins, hobbled around on a bad knee against the Seahawks until it buckled underneath him and he limped off the field, ending his own phenomenal rookie season.

But there?s Wilson, the allegedly too-short quarterback drafted 75th overall by the Seahawks, still alive heading into the divisional round, where he?ll lead the Seahawks against the Falcons next weekend. And Wilson was better than either of his fellow rookies on Sunday, completing 15 of 26 passes for 187 yards with a touchdown and no interceptions, and adding 67 rushing yards on eight carries.

Wilson was good all season, but he really arrived on Sunday. It?s not just that he?s got the arm and the feet to threaten any NFL defense, it?s the way he commands an offense and leads a football team. It?s the way he runs out in front to throw blocks to spring Marshawn Lynch for big gains. It?s the way he knows when to tuck the ball under his arm and take off running, and when to stay in the pocket and scan the field for an open receiver. It?s also the way he knows ? and this is important ? when to take a sack and when to throw the ball away when there are no plays to make, as he wisely did a few times on Sunday.

I don?t know how Wilson will compare to Luck and Griffin when we?ve had several years to compare their careers, but I do know this: Russell Wilson has arrived as a legitimate NFL star. Not bad for a rookie who was supposed to be too short.

Wilson was my favorite player on the field Sunday. Here are some other observations:

Line judge Mark Perlman made the call of the playoffs. Seahawks receiver Sidney Rice made a sensational 27-yard catch along the sideline in the second quarter, but the first official on the play ruled that Rice didn?t get his feet down inbounds. Perlman was the official who correctly came in and overruled his colleague, calling it a catch. The NFL uses all-star officiating crews during the playoffs, meaning these officials haven?t been working together all season, and sometimes postseason officiating is criticized because the officials don?t work well together as a unit. But Perlman did his job perfectly on that play.

We narrowly missed one of the all-time great playoff moments. When Colts quarterback Andrew Luck had a pass deflected at the line of scrimmage in the second quarter, it bounced right into the arms of Ray Lewis, playing in Baltimore for the last time. It would have been an easy interception, and given how much daylight he had in front of him, Lewis might have taken it back for a touchdown. That would have been an amazing way for Lewis to go out in style in Baltimore, but unfortunately he dropped the pass. ?I?ll never live that down,? Lewis said after the game. Actually, everyone in Baltimore will gladly overlook it. But it would have been some great moment.

The Colts need to revamp their offensive line. It was amazing how often Luck would take the snap, drop back and have three Ravens in his face before he could set his feet in the pocket. The offensive line has been a major problem for the Colts all season, and it?s a testament to Luck?s toughness that he managed to stay healthy the entire year. Luck is going to be a great quarterback for a long time, but the Colts can?t let him get killed back there.

Colts receiver T.Y. Hilton had my favorite play of the day. With the Colts facing third-and-26 with 12 seconds left in the first half, Luck found Hilton open about 20 yards downfield. Luck?s throw was too high, but Hilton leapt up and caught it, then raced past three Ravens defenders (picking up a nice block from tight end Coby Fleener) to get the first down and then get out of bounds with three seconds left, setting up Adam Vinatieri?s 52-yard field goal as time expired in the first half.

Who says fullbacks are dead? The fullback position isn?t used as often in NFL offenses as it once was, but all four teams that won this weekend got key plays from fullbacks. Seahawks fullback Michael Robinson and Ravens fullback Vontae Leach both scored touchdowns on Sunday. Packers fullback John Kuhn scored two touchdowns on Saturday. And Texans fullback James Casey had a 20-yard catch and also did an outstanding job as a lead blocker for Arian Foster in the weekend?s first playoff game.

Reggie Wayne is building his Hall of Fame resume. It should come as a surprise to no one that the NFL record for all-time postseason catches is owned by Jerry Rice. But I bet a lot of people will be surprised to learn that Colts receiver Reggie Wayne is No. 2. Rice had 151 catches in his 29 career playoff games, a record that may never be broken. But on Sunday Wayne played his 18th career postseason game, and his nine catches against the Ravens moved him ahead of Michael Irvin and Hines Ward, into second place on the all-time playoff receiving list, with 92.

The story of the day is the injury suffered by Robert Griffin III. A day that started with a report that the Redskins had disregarded medical advice to rush Griffin onto the field ended with Griffin exiting with a knee injury. Redskins coach Mike Shanahan has to be regretting his decision to let Griffin play on a bad knee. Here?s hoping bad knees don?t slow Griffin?s progress. We should be seeing him square off with Wilson in the NFC playoffs for years to come.

Multi-level marketing, like many other things in life, is a subject that requires a great deal of information to make it a success. Therefore, you should aim to learn the methods given in the below article to better your success.

Deciding that you should succeed is a great thing to do for network marketing. This is something that cannot be taken lightly, instead you need to treat it as though it were your own brick and mortar business. If you are unable to visualize your business becoming successful, then it won?t happen.

Set goals and expectations before beginning a multilevel marketing business. Are you taking up multi-level marketing just to have a hobby in your free time? Setting goals and working hard are the best ways to be successful.

TIP! Promote conversation among your network contacts. Promoting your products is easier as you learn more about your contacts.

When you are writing on your website or writing for a seminar, be unique! Comprehensively cover everything!

Expect some problems when your first start but don?t always try to solve things by yourself. Find out what resources are available to you, or get assistance from the company for which you?re working. Not looking for help when you need it is a surefire way to dig yourself into a hole. Look for assistance as soon as you notice you are encountering an issue, and make sure you define your problem as clearly as possible.

Everyone loves to get something great for only a little bit of money! Choose a multi-level marketing company who provides coupons for the items you?ll be selling. There are many ways to give these coupons out, so get creative! The law of supply and demand says that people are more likely to buy something if it?s cheaper.

TIP! Many successful network marketers are eager to talk about the mistakes they?ve made and the strategies that have worked for them; keep an ear open for this experienced advice. You can often hear about other people?s network marketing stories from podcasts.

Follow what others are doing to succeed. Go up the line for better advice. By following in their steps, you will be able to duplicate their success in business. By mimicking the approaches and attitudes of these people, you will be able to rise to the top quickly. Not only should we learn from our mistakes, but also from the successes of others.

When choosing an opportunity in network marketing, review it and understand their compensation plan. You should have higher return preferences that have multiple streams of income. Keep in mind that your sponsor will end up with your first sales referrals. This is great because sponsors are helpful and provide leverage.

When deciding which multilevel marketing program to join, you should choose one that offers products that appeal to you. Your passion for the products will rub off on your customers, and in turn, your customers will be more interested in the products as well.

TIP! With a negative approach, network marketing can become a game of life-or-death competition to sign up as many people as possible. Instead, think of how the work you do could help people, and work from there.

Your team should hold regular meetings. People need to work together and support one another in this business; a meeting is needed to develop a course of action for the entire team to reach the common goal. You will find that communication is critical to have all of the parts of a team work as a whole.

Make small, specific goals to see the most enduring results. Even if you have your long term objectives planned, it can be useful to frequently check up on your activities every 3 months. By reviewing your performance regularly and setting interim goals, you can keep your marketing efforts in line with your long-term plan.

To become a network marketing field leader, you need the passion to inspire others and the drive to contribute towards their success. When you reach the point that people are being helped by the item you are marketing, then your profits will increase.

TIP! A very successful strategy for network marketers involves neural-linguistic programming. Conversely, statements centering on the word ?you? are important when trying to convince someone else of an idea.

It?s always a good idea to consult with consumer watchdogs entities prior to making any commitment. Whilst there are a lot of legitimate businesses in the marketplace, there is also a huge number of fraudulent ones. You need to be sure that your investment is safe. A good place to do research into a business that you are thinking of investing in is at a local chapter of the BBB (Better Business Bureau).
